The Components
Here’s why the Your Why Health program works:

12 months
There is a reason this program is 12 months. Not one month. Not three months. Time is not a throw-away factor here. Time is a critical ingredient to the process.
For a whole year, you’ll have a one-on-one coach to help you get to the bottom of what’s going on, identify the solutions that work for you, tailor those solutions to fit your life, and help you consistently practice those solutions so they become nurtured into your daily life.
By the end of the program, you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come in a year and feel confident in sustaining your health.

NURTURING HABITS
Habits are the core of the program. This keeps us focused on making sure our work together is strategic and long-lasting.
In a typical one-on-one session, we’ll discuss how practicing your habit from the last session went and then what habit you will work on next. Often instead of picking a new habit, we’ll slow down and figure out what we need to tweak from the previous habit to make it really stick.
In addition to improving your nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress resilience, this program helps you build your “change skills” muscles so you can make health adjustments the rest of your life. That’s the heart of the habit process.

Regular check-ins
The one-on-one coaching sessions are scheduled 1-2 weeks apart. This gives you time to prepare to implement the habit, practice the habit, and figure out what’s working for you and what isn’t. You’ll still have access to your coach as often as you need in between sessions through the health coaching platform. The check-ins are live but done remotely to fit with your busy schedule.
While habits are the building blocks for these calls, education plays a big role too. You will learn about research-based and sustainable approaches to nutrition, movement, stress resilience, and sleep science so you have context for your habits. This education will also empower you to continue making informed health decisions in the future (instead of relying on social media, the latest health fad, or what happened to work for a friend).

Results-Focused
The Your Why Health program is results-focused.
We start by uncovering your “why” to understand what you really want your life to look like, and how your health fits into that.
We discuss where you want to be at the end of the program and map out the pacing and practices it will take to get there.
At the beginning of the program, we spend time on change skills. These are the foundation of making the rest of the program successful.
Then we get into the exact application of the most impactful habits for your goals, making them routine and sustainable for you.

digital Platform
As part of the Your Why Health program, you’ll have unlimited access to a private, digital platform. On the platform you’ll find:
Resources: Helpful and easy-to-digest information about your current habits 24-7. Molly may also send additional resources that are applicable to your unique health goals and habits.
Workouts: If you already have an exercise program that works for you, great! This is an optional part of the program. Either way, we will review your movement routine for evidence-based improvements. Molly can send you individualized workouts, with simple step-by-step instructions on how to do them. Exercise instructions are available in written, photo, and video form— adaptable to your preferred learning and workout style (at home or in a gym).
Habit tracking: A simple, but effective habit tracker to see if a habit is ‘sticking’ or if adjustments need to be made. Tracking is optional, but recommended. Molly guides you on how to approach habit tracking with a healthy, nonjudgmental mindset.
Recipes: Can’t decide what to have for dinner? Molly can send you recipes that align with your health goals.
Notes from Your Check-in: Molly keeps detailed notes of your check-in and makes them available for you to refer back if needed.

24-7 Messaging
Sometimes text messages are the quickest, best way to ask a question or clarify something, especially as you navigate your busy life.
When you become part of the Your Why Health program, Molly is there for you when you need her.
You can send Molly a message at any time and she’ll get back to you as soon as she can.
If you’re more of an email person, that’s an option too.
